Cookie Policy
This cookie policy explains which cookies and similar technologies GutterCalcs.com uses and how you control them.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We also use local storage to remember your cookie choice.
Categories
- Necessary: store your consent and privacy choices. Set by InMobi Choice and kept for up to 13 months: the cookies euconsent-v2, addtl_consent, usprivacy and IABGPP_HDR_GppString, plus entries in your browser's local storage. Active without consent because they are technically required.
- Statistics: Google Analytics 4 for anonymized audience measurement (_ga, _ga_*, kept for up to 2 years). Outside the United States only with your consent; in the United States active by default, with the right to object (see below).
- Advertising (consent only): Google AdSense to serve and measure ads.
Managing consent
Our cookie banner is InMobi Choice (InMobi Technology Services Pte. Ltd., Singapore), a consent management platform certified under IAB TCF v2.4. It appears in every country except the United States: on your first visit it asks for consent (accept all, reject all, or choose individually). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. We use Google Consent Mode v2: without your consent, no advertising cookies are set. Where the banner appears, Google Analytics 4 also runs only with your consent: if you reject or make no choice, it stays off.
In the United States there is no cookie banner: Google Analytics 4 is active from your first visit (Google Signals and ad personalization off, IP addresses anonymized), on the basis of our legitimate interest. You can object at any time:
- a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser is honored automatically: Google Analytics 4 does not start;
- on your first visit InMobi opens the "Do Not Process My Personal Information" panel. Object there by opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising, or switch off the Google consent for statistics (analytics storage) in its "Google consents" section. "Cookie settings" in the footer reopens that panel.
Once you object, the _ga cookies are deleted and Google Analytics 4 is no longer loaded on the following pages.
